Search Process

 

Our recruitment methodology incorporates the following main activities to ensure we efficiently meet the relevant milestones. This methodology is explained in more detail to our clients, during the necessary meeting to discuss the job responsibilities:

 

  • Discuss or meet with the client to understand the job responsibilities and culture of the company.

  • Agreement on timescales and contract.

  • A fresh, extensive and confidential research of the relevant industry, to establish the most up to date and appropriate candidates.

  • Our client is provided with regular project updates.

  • We interview and present our client to relevant candidates.

  • We present the short listed candidates to our client.

  • Co-ordination and arrangements of all subsequent meetings with candidates and client.

  • Assist with the job offer process and any necessary counselling of candidates during their decision making phase.

  • Assist with the termination and new start date of the candidate.
